Step 2
Design phase
Design concept: According to the requirements and ideas provided by the client, our design team will develop the preliminary concept design of the medal and confirm and discuss it with the client.
2D/3D design: The concept is transformed into a 2D or 3D design to present the appearance, dimensions and details of the medal. Through design software and technology, we can provide the design artwork and rendering renderings required by our customers.
Step 3
Sample production
According to the design draft, we will produce a sample of the medal and ensure that its appearance and quality meet the customer’s expectations. Samples can help customers confirm the details and effects of the final product.
Sample audit: We will conduct sample audit with customers to collect their feedback and comments. If modifications or adjustments need to be made, we will make corresponding modifications based on customer feedback until the result is satisfactory to the customer.
Step 4
Production stage
Production process: According to the design and requirements of the medal, we will use the appropriate production process, such as casting, die casting, stamping, etc., to make the medal.
Surface treatment: According to the customer’s choice, we will apply surface treatment to the medal, such as gold plating, silver plating, spray painting, etc., to increase its visual effect and texture.
Quality inspection: In the production process, we carry out strict quality control and inspection to ensure that every medal meets high quality standards and customer requirements.

Packaging
Packaging: We will carefully package the medallion to ensure its safety and intact during transportation

Delivery: According to the customer’s requirements and schedule, we will arrange the appropriate delivery method to ensure that the medal is delivered to the customer on time.
Customized service and after-sales support: We provide customized service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. If customers have any questions or problems, we will actively answer and solve.
